Advisory
I work with leadership teams to align on what to communicate and when, before decisions move forward and confusion sets in.
Strategic communications advisory for leadership teams navigating organizational change
What I Do
I advise C-suite leadership teams on strategic communications during periods of organizational change. My work begins before announcements are drafted and before messages are finalized. It focuses on the decisions that determine whether communication lands, holds, and sustains leadership credibility over time.
Before founding this practice, I spent eight years at JPMorgan Chase leading communications for enterprise-wide transformations that affected more than 50,000 employees across 60 countries. That work taught me where communications strategies fail and what leadership teams need to get right before anything is visible externally.
I am typically engaged when a significant decision has been made but not yet communicated, when leadership is not aligned on what a change actually signals, when the stakes of getting it wrong are high, or when internal teams need a senior external perspective before moving forward.
This is advisory work, not execution. Internal teams retain ownership of drafting, distribution, and ongoing communication activity. What I provide is the strategic clarity that makes their execution more confident and their leadership more credible.
How I Work
I work in an advisory capacity with senior leaders as decisions are being shaped and communication choices are being considered. The focus is on clarity, judgment, and sequencing.
Together, we examine what a decision signals, how it is likely to be interpreted across different audiences, and where communication risk may emerge before messages are finalized or shared. I help leadership teams identify misalignment before it becomes visible, anticipate the questions that employees and stakeholders will ask, and build a framework that internal teams can execute with confidence.
Engagements are structured and time-bound. The work is intentional and contained, designed to bring clarity before decisions are communicated and before interpretations take hold.
Ways I Support Leaders
I work with leaders at moments where communication choices shape trust and determine whether a strategy actually lands.

Who This Is For
This work is most relevant when communication decisions carry real risk, when leadership alignment matters as much as the message itself, when timing and sequencing are critical, and when internal teams will handle execution but need a clear strategic framework to work from.
This is not execution support. It is not day-to-day communications management, channel management, or content development. It is strategic counsel for leadership teams at decision points where the cost of getting it wrong is high.
